You will still need to enter in your credit card number for security purposes. We ship only to a residential or business address. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box, APO's and FPO's. International Customers are exclusively responsible for payment of all customs, duties and import taxes due on merchandise. If the cost reverts back to the Sender, than the Sender will pay the bill on behalf of the customer but will charge the customer's credit card for all monies paid. The customer agrees in advance to this as a condition of sale. Returns All Buddi Direct™ diapering product sales are final. All diapering products are considered sanitary items and can only be exchanged if there is a manufacturers defect. We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, by email or phone for exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping for exchanges. We will only send out a replacement after the item has been received back for inspection, and manufacturers credit.
