If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

We cannot guarantee product availability and products; nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
Payment
Payment of all items purchased via the Online store is by credit card only. Credit cards accepted are VISA and MasterCard.
Secure Shopping
When you make an online payment to Bottoms Diaper Service Inc. and Buddi Direct Inc., your credit card is processed on Moneris's secure server. You do not need to have a Moneris account to make a payment. Bottoms Diaper Service Inc. and Buddi Direct Inc., will not have access to your credit information.
Return Policy
All Bottoms Diaper Service Inc. and Buddi Direct diapering product sales are final. All diapering products are considered sanitary items and can only be exchanged if there is a manufacturers defect. We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, by email or phone for exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping for exchanges. We will only send out a replacement after the item has been received back for inspection, and manufacturers credit.
